Given all the excitement around Bradley Cooper’s portrayal of Leonard Bernstein in the 2023 film “The Maestro,” I thought it would be fun to share an art song cycle I sing with pianist Lurray Myers. “La Bonne Cuisine” are Four Recipes for Voice and Piano. The recipes come from “La Bonne Cuisine Française” by Émile Dumont. The English version of the text is by Bernstein himself. Hope you will enjoy these!
